These curious impossible things:

Happy meetings since parting won’t stick,

Words spoken and silence that speaks

In all the moments in between.

Waiting is only the price we pay

For every moment I meet your eyes,

For all those moments that time just stops,

And the turning world stands still again.

Words are such inadequate things,

To describe the meeting of two souls,

To tell you that I love you

When there is so much more I mean to say.

Yet every time I hear those words,

It is like the whole world holds its breath,

Everything goes still inside

And my heart finds new rest.
